XIV World Assembly 2003

Nairobi, Kenya

Sent by Christ,
Members of one Body

Every five years, CLC members from all over the world gather to pray, reflect, and discern God's desire for the CLC World Community. They bring with them the reflections of their membership as they have lived the CLC way of life within the contexts of their own national realities. These reflections are based on the recommendations that came out from the previous World Assembly. The World Assembly brings together the fruit of this lived experience from the various nations to discern together what is the most universal and most urgent that CLC is called to respond to.

Our discernments over the past several decades has led us to a deeper understanding of who we are as a missioned community, an apostolic community.

Information and reflections on the World Assembly can be found at the links on the left as well as the Summer 2003 issue of our publication, Harvest. To obtain a copy, e-mail Pat Carter.
